Monthly monitoring & reporting
Our team will monitor your system and provide a monthly performance report, including:
- System health summary
- Production trends
- Alerts for under-performance
Annual maintenance visit
- Visual inspection of panels, racking, and cabling
- Inspection and testing of inverter(s)
- Basic cleaning under the array (debris, nests, etc.)
- Electrical checks (voltage, current, output efficiency)
- Repair system if needed (applicable fees billed separately)
Includes 75 minutes of service time and travel
Standard or Emergency Service Calls (as needed)
Request additional on-site visits when you need it the most.
Standard Service Calls:
- Get assistance when unexpected issues arise
- Available upon request at our standard hourly rate.
Emergency Service Calls:
- Fast response within 48 hours
- Available upon request at our emergency hourly rate
